The 'n-blade cartridge razors' will never outperform a straight razor. They are disposable, gimmicky pieces of crap solely intended to generate profit at the expense of just about everything else*. How many Teflon-coated blades, pivoting/flexing heads and moisturizing strips does one poor sod need? Ooh, forgot, Jeb says let's get that $160 one with them fancy blade heaters!

Maybe once you've got the straight dialed into your face you may find yourself retracting that initial statement but who knows.
*We don't mind throwing more sh!t away so long as we get a marginal uptick in convenience and/or save $0.01.
