2 tips--warm up plus move face
While shaving yesterday morning, I came up with 2 new tips that really helped me. Don't know if they've been posted yet, but here goes:
1. When you use 2 different razors in a shave (large one like my Zowada 6/8" for big areas like cheeks, small one like my Dovo Inox 3/8" or 2/8" for small, tight areas like chin, moustache and neck), after using Mr. Big, warm up with Mr. Small by starting on the biggest small area first. :tu
Yesterday when I picked up Mr. Small I almost started with my moustache, which is one of my tighter areas. Then I caught myself and thought, "Hey, why not 'warm up' by starting with my neck, and THEN go to my moustache and chin?" Worked great for warming up my dexterity! :D
2. For a few spots, once I placed the razor very gently on my face, at the right angle, it worked to move my face and hold the razor stationary...just like if I was sharpening a big knife or machete, and moving the stone while holding the knife stationary instead of the opposite. :p
I'll bet others have done this...and at certain times on certain places on my face, it worked great for me. I didn't try it on my neck, and don't really recommend it there as it sounds a bit risky for the neck. :chop:
Hope these help!
