    Default Purified water??

In another thread about my sensitive skin, someone mentioned the possibility that the water I'm using could be an issue. I didn't think much of it, but last night I had a revelation. I was using electric razors until about three years ago, at which point I started getting irritated and bad shaves, even with fresh blades. That's when I started looking for new shaving methods, and eventually tried straights.

Anyway, the only major change at that time was moving -- I moved into this current apartment. It's in the same neighborhood, but a different building. Maybe there IS something to this water theory.

I'm going to do an experiment!

    Thoughts or suggestions?

Bottled water (warning: may become pricey) could be good as a control.

I have hard water in my house, but it does not affect my lather or shave too much. It does dry my skin from the shower though, so I have to watch out for that.

Bottled water, as was mentioned can be helpful if you have really bad water problems. You could get a large Alhambra jug of purified water and heat if up in a water boiler which you can pick up for less than $ 10 at Target.

I actually just ordered this shower water purifier. See what that does for me!

Buy Sprite HO-WH Universal Shower Filter
