Straight razor on Time Warp
Apologies if this was already posted, I just found it today. The Discovery Channel show Time Warp had a segment on straight razor shaving, and they have a slow-motion video at Time Warp: Straight Razor : Video : Discovery Channel Channel
I can't tell if there's any lather or oil, and the results are pretty dang ugly. Still, pretty neat to see the hairs go flying off.

Heh, love the caption below the video...
"Holding the blade at the correct angle keeps it from cutting the skin as well."
Looks like it also keeps it from cutting the hairs too

It's was not a close shave by any means. But it looked as thought there was no lather, I am sure so you could see the hair better. I was a neat video though!

No stretching, dry, against the grain, with extra helping of pullin - I don't think the guy enjoyed it.
At the worst case, that was a brand new ebay purchase - you know what that means, right? Anybody catch the whole program?
