I'm an everyday man unless I sleep in or I'm hungover :( oh unless I'm goin out and know a few days in advance, I like the satisfaction and relaxing feeling of a few days growth coming off, and it's a good start to a night out.

I shave everyday, for the most part. I feel better after I do.
Of course, there are those days that I may skip a shave. The result, imho, is a smoother, closer shave. My skin feels better too.
Usually twice a week, but sometimes thrice.
I use my jaw as a belt sander on the days I have stubble.
Every day. For me it's a meditative experience, and I feel better after I shave. Best way to start my day. I wish my beard grew faster, so I could (would need to) shave twice a day.
2 days on the average or 3 days for a little more more comfort..unless my face begs me not to wait!..lol

Every two to three days for me. I like stubble. I like smooth. Best of both worlds. =)
Me
Depends for me,
Sometimes daily sometimes once a week or even less.
For me its about luxuriating in the ritual of the shave.
Good prep
Sandlewood candle
Good soundtrack (Vangelis is a favourite)
If I'm rushed or not in a conducive state of mind then I'll blow it off and have a quick DE.
That said I do mess about with honing and test shaving quite a bit to tune in these edges, so it's not uncommon to see me wondering around with smooth or irritated patches in my stubble.
I know I might seem a bit wierd to some but I don't really care.
Below mouth, growth is heavy enough to show shadow 'tween 2:30-3:30 with former methods (twin blade disposable).
At 15 wks or so, I'm still very much in skills acquisition mode & am grumpy if anything deprives me of the practice. If I could, I'd shave twice daily, just for the practice. As is, I'll hone a blade and take a few swipes at the problem areas to see how the blade does.
On irritation, that's what keeps me from shaving twice daily. If I'm bothered by irritation shaving only once/day, I think I must be doing something wrong - likely too much pressure. I'm still having a torrid affair with heavy grinds, even though the obstacles that kept me from full/extra hollows seems to be gone. The heavy blades do make it easy to be seduced away from good technique - light touch, good angle, guillotine stroke. For myself and others, irritation comes mainly from too much pressure.
Bones, w/ that stosser, keep it light on the touch, and you can shave daily & be in hog heaven. If you don't feel like it daily - all the more fun the next day.
Not that I have the "wildest" of beards, but I have always shaved everyday. Now, after discovering this wonderful hobby I often shave twice a day just of the pure luxury and pleasure of it.
Every two or three days for me while being Mr Mom. Every day when I'm working.
