    Smile Return from surgery!

Had my rotator cuff surgery on Dec 15. Returned to my str8s last week! Missed them. While it was difficult getting the arm to the height for the sideburns, the first shave went quite easily. Guess that muscle memory stuff really works.

Physical therapy, while painful, is going quite well. The subtle moves of straight razor shaving are being used more and more. The face is returning to its clean-shaven self.

Thanks for all the well wishes while I was gone.

Maybe your Doc could prescribe some heavy razors as part of your rehab program. Some 7/8 & 8/8 customs, perhaps a Livi snake razor.

Glad your surgery was a success. Keep up with the rehab to get back to normal or better and smooth shaving.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

And if you're good, your insurance will cover it! Glad you're on the mend.

Welcome back mate. I bet not being able to shave with a straight all that time was more painful than the surgery!
