No Pain.......if
you keep the ears out of the way. 3 days ago, I was doing my typical morning shave with my round tip GD. Starting on the right side at the sideburn, I stretched the skin taut and began, with proper no pressure and a slow stroke. Downward I went and was surprised when I saw a small trail of blood running down my cheek. It was such a stark contrast against the pure white lather. I feel no pain, so i continue with my first pass, keeping an eye on the trail of blood. Finally, after the first pass is complete. I give the face a quick splash of water and investigate. Obviously I got too close to my right ear and see that i have a minor full fledged cut on the little tab of my ear. I guess the thing that got me the most was, I didn't even feel the cut! Obviously, my razor is sharp! When I did it, I only noticed a slight pull with my shaving hand, but no pain. Just glad I wasn't using a spike tip razor. I'm guessing this is a common problem with those of us still learning?
