I've got about 23 now in various states of shave readyness. Only about 10 are in a regular rotation. Of that 10, I've got about 3 I consider my "best" shavers and favor them more than the others.

I'm really just a noob (been shaving with a straight razor exclusively for four months), but have fallen in love with straight razor shaving. I have seven in my in my current rotation (4 Dovo's, 1 TI, 1 Boker, and 1 Frederick Rynolds c.a. 1880), two more restored razors in route, and just sent off two more for restoration, including my Grandfather's. Can you ever have "too many" in a rotation? It's just like I keep telling my wife, "I just need ONE more razor."
I have 8 razors in total. As of today, only three are actually shave ready. I have two that I just sent to Maxi to restore. I think I'm going to sell a couple because I like 6/8" and larger, but I have two that are about 4/8". I also use a Merkur Slant for travel and my wife has a Mekur DE razor as well. I used to have about 5-6 DE's but when I made the move to straights, I didn't see the reasoning to keep all the DE's that I wasn't using. I gave a few away as presents and sold off some that I didn't give away.
Official count is 30. About 20 are shave-ready. Of those, probably a dozen are most regularly used for daily shaving. I'm preparing to order another 26-slot display case to continue my habit. And after that, I swear I'll quit. :w
(I've got RAD bad!)
Just 2 right now,an Imperial 5/8 and a Dovo best quality 6/8.I have a wish list at SRD for my wife to pick from!
I have four in regular rotation, five if I ever get my mitts on a Wade & Butcher 8/8 chopper. :)
I have three in the rotation, two others that need scales and honed, and a Chinese garden tool that I might grind on, rescale, and hone at some point to get my $4 worth.
The rotation is a 4/8 or so F.A. Clauberg Tonsorial Gem, a 5/8 Louis Pearlman, and another 5/8 German.
Never enough.
i currently have 4 in a rotation, but i have another two on the way.
3 H Eicker & Sohne Biedermeier's. A 100, a 51, and a 42 and 4/8.
1 Wade & Butcher 'special' 6/8
1 #133 Ludo shear works Red Imp square point
1 Stiz 55 'spartacus' blade.
I hope to grow my collection, I aspire to become a restoring service in my Province as well.
