Thread: Dadburn overenthusiasm

Okay so why didn't anyone warn me about the effects of chasing the magic razor, the perfect edge, and the closest shave?

I acquired a mate for my benchmark Wester Bros razor........it took the same laser like edge........I test shaved it.........soooooo smooth.

I rechecked the other razor.......unbelievable.........then back to the new one.........incredible these things are magic.

Just to be certain I lathered up for the 5th or 6th or whatever time cause it was going so well I was just have fun slipping off lather and getting really nit picky
with every little trace of a whisker I could find.

The moistened alum block hit my face like napalm. Twelve hours ago it felt like an overdone chemical peel. This morning my skin looks more like perfectly applied shrink wrap.

Wonder what the requirements are to board certify for cosmetic applications of a straight razor to rejuvenate skin. I am running out of Solarcane.

NOTE to self; Curb your enthusiasm razors are serious tools having fun can have consequences. Three passes is enough.
