    Default My Arsenal

    LEFT to RIGHT

    (1) Boker with a carved spine, Ivory covered tang, and fancy scales; markings on tang "SCHMIDT & ZIEGLER REMSCHEID," and "OUR BEST" on the blade.

    (2) H. Boker & Co. No. 346 "Extra Hollow Ground" - had one scale attached, which was broken. I made new Ebony scales for it.

    (3) Geo. Wostenholm & Son IXL (purchased on Ebay for $38.99) in very good condition.

    (4) A straight I picked up at a local antique shop is branded for Smith Hdwe. Co. Columbus, O., and is marked "Our Very Best" Concaved. The scales were destroyed, so I am working on new Rosewood scales for it.

To be honest, I have not found a lot of information on any of these. One day I would like to add a round tip (among others!) to my collection.

Just hoping that what I save on those disposable cartridges doesn't end up getting spent on styptic pencils and band-aids!

Nice razors. Search out the Boker club for info on them. Lots of info in the club sections under razor sub category.
Good judgment comes from experience, and experience....well that comes from poor judgment.
