Two things: 1-Glad you liked it and 2-Even more glad that you could read my handwriting.
Yes, it is the remnants of a destroyed ball-point pen. It would still be there in the Safeway's parking lot if this remnant had not broken to resemble the pen point of an ink fountain pen. Artists and doctors are notorious for crappy penmanship.
I have a small collection of fountain pens and enjoy using them.
I enjoy carrying one at work and when someone asks to borrow a pen it is fun to see their reaction.
After reading your last post I gave the note to my youngest son [26] and he read it easily.
They don't even teach cursive in school now a days...:gaah:
Will reach the apartment in few days, but figures as soon as I get a new toy my car battery goes out haha. Not sure though if I am going to use the stone and seal the label or just leave it as it for the collection. Will see how it compares to my small thuri bout I have
