I was unaware that he was offering a different grind from his normal. Can you post a pic looking at the blade? Curious to hear your thoughts after use!

He used to do what I'm calling a concave grind more often, seemingly he doesn't do them anymore. His helper told me he can't charge enough to make it worth the extra effort. Here is my best attempt at showing the profile.Attachment 298794

Not coming in today. Was going to go to the post office with 4 packages to mail until the wife told me the post office took the day off for Bush. Oh well, tomorrow is soon enough.
Have these two coming from Costa Rica.
If temptations continue I may have to come out of retirement.
