I like the looks of that.
Saw this one languishing without any bids on eBay.

It made me a little nervous at first because I waited and waited...and waited but I was the only one to bid on it. I think their starting bid may have been a little high for the way it was presented and a couple of spots of rust were hard to see the extent of in the pictures. I get scared off sometimes by ones that have crappy pictures but I decided to take a chance on this one. W&B near wedge. Looks like pre 1840s based on the scales and the blade shape but the grind looks a little later. Suppose it could be a regrind. Anyway it's mainly dirty as hell. Looks like it should clean up pretty well. Can't go wrong with 19 th century Sheffield steel... Especially Wade and Butcher. Loves me some Wade and Butchers.
Frustratingly the seller backed out of the sale. They claim it is illegal to ship internationally... I noted to them they offered international shipping, and I've bought dozens of razors.
I'm sure it had nothing to do with me being the only bidder and closing at $15.
I would give you a like Joe but I don't like that they did that to you at all.
On a different note:
Just won this one.

Manhattan Cutlery Co. hollow ground, can't tell how hollow from the pics. It was listed as "handles are cell," which they obviously are not. Can't see in this pic but there is at least one small bug bite. Presumably faux tortoise unless they are real tortoise which I highly doubt. Still I am pleased with the deal and am hopeful for something worth keeping. Hard to go wrong with an old Sheffield.
What the seller is stating could be true as I am dealing with something similar. I purchased a knife from a fellow from Brazil and the U.S. is not allowing shipments from a list of Countries due to the Kung Flu. A shame the seller didn't look to see where he could ship FIRST.
In this case I've offered the seller a U.S. address (in the Continental U.S. to a family member) to ship to... he just wants out of the sale...
The original address I gave him is a U.S. Postal address, but it's for a military FPO box in another country. Never leaves the U.S. mail, although you have to put a customs form on it to ensure you're not shipping anything illegal for the country... straight razors are not on that list.
Man...sucks!
