That would have been my plan. However, the last razor I hand-sanded, I developed incipient tendonitis. That was nearly a week ago, and still I have to be careful using that arm and hand.
But I won't go at any of the razors with the Dremel, not past that first touch, at 120 grit, to stabilize active rust and see where things stand. I tried practicing with the Dremel on some junk razors. It didn't work well for me. I bought a big buffer, but I'm still setting up the work area, building stands and shelves, and so haven't yet used the buffer. I'll practice on razors of lesser value until I get the hang of the buffer. Until the tendonitis developed, I had anticipated continuing to do a fair amount of hand sanding. Not going to happen now.
