Thumbs up Haven't seem any of these

I haven't seen any Max Dorner razors lately. Apparently not popular. I got this one from Max Sprecher several years ago rescaled by Max with his very popular yellow tortoise acrylic material. I grabbed this one from the pile today because it is a very attractive razor as well as it also shaves very nicely. Just thought I would resurrect it from the pile because it is a good shaver even though I don't really care for its 9/16 width.

I am sure many members have Max's yellow acrylic scales. They are a nice touch to any razor's appearance.

Looks very nice but it might just be my eyes. It looks as though it as a frown to it.

That is some nice material on a cool razor. I don't use my smaller blades much either but they always shave great once I get one out.

I am betting the frown is an allusion caused by the shadow on the towel and that reflection of the cam lens :<0)

Good judgment comes from experience, and experience....well that comes from poor judgment.

Right. There is no frown. When I see a frown, I go straight to the 325 and shape the edge to the shape of the spine. Generally works out well doing that. Sorry about my terrible photographic skills or lack thereof.

No need to apologize about your photographic skills, I understand. That is a very beautiful piece!
