This Torrey Just Arrived at My Mailbox & I love it because it is different! It has a slight amount of toe wear but it is a wedge so that's good that it isn't a hollow ground. I was so excited, I forgot to show the Torrey box that came with it. It says "Old English" on the blade.
That is a good razor a bit well used but that is its purpose. A wedge with the weight removed. Any of my five with different tang and makers' stamps are great and comfortable shavers despite their narrow blade.

I have seen a few of the bigger sheffield brands with that blade style but I don't think I've seen that on a blade that wasn't a sheffield. It goes to show the learning just keeps going.

Torrey had many of the fancy scales at an extra cost option.
I have one just like it. Same scales too.

Here is a larger Sheffield One from Thomas Turner & Company LTD, Sufolk Works.
I have another larger Sheffield one but can't find it now. I want to think it was a Sheffield.
