M. Kindal Paris Travel Strop?
Snagged this little 10" Cordovan Shell Travel? Strop as a companion to my Kindal Heljestrands as a Boxing Day present to myself....

Hi Mike,
The Magnus strop is not a travel strop for straight Razors.

The Magnus strop is built and ment for stopping the wedge catcher leather blades for the old heljestrand satefy type wedge razors.
Below is my 7 day set.
Turn the Magnus up side down and you will see a holder for the blades. It's semi automatic.
I used my some days ago and it's awesome

I have seen a similar looking strop, not a Kindal Magnus, that had a holder that allowed a straight razor to be stropped on it.
