Well, two razors ago I was sure I was done buying razors. Seriously, I have enough. Then it happens. I can't walk into the market with my head held high and lay my money down. What I have to do is turn over rocks, look in dumpsters and the like. There is a lot of information about this maker and even some terrific engravings of the factory, or factories if you count the other maker, Sorby. There is also some nifty drawings of the shop. This razor has been given a very quick wipe down with Maas. Most of the info on the maker as far as razors go takes you back to the Lockwood Brothers Pampa (a nice looking razor). This razor has a hefty spine, a super beefy shank, and a chunky tail. If anyone can add something to the history of this razor it would be appreciated. It appears to be reground but I really don't know. The scales look almost exactly like the scales of the last razor I snagged, a T.F. Bastett. This one even has the same white wedge. Ok, here goes:
