I could find no examples of this maker doing a search of the forums so I thought I'd share. Goins' says they were a branch of the International Silver Company in Thamesville, a section of Norwich, Connecticut. c 1890 - 1934. Looks like they imported some of their blades as this is stamped Sheffield, Eng.
Nothing special about it except the condition. I expect it will clean up very well. A 6/8 near wedge to 1/4 hollow blade with a barbers notch. Horn scales with a lead wedge and brass pins.
