Default Any idea when this razor was made?

I was out in the garage looking through some tools and found this box I couldn't open. Once I opened it to my surprise there was a straight razor in it. The box looks to be handmade but I haven't come up with much on the razor after doing some research. I've seen some with crown inlays like this but the crowns have always been different.

I can make out silver steel on the tang but not what is above it. I can make out the letter W and the letter R above the word silver steel (which I don't think you can see in the photo) but I'm not sure what the word could be. The W and R are spaced out enough from one another that it has to be a word. At first I was thinking it was warranted but how they're spaced there isn't enough room for warranted. Plus most silver steel warranted razors I've seen, the word warranted is below the word silver steel. Unlike this one where the word silver steel is at the bottom.

I've seen a couple razors with a crown and a number 1 on this site and a member commented that the number 1 signifies that it was part of a set. The style of that razor in the thread was different than this one. Scales that weren't as curved or rounded off like my razor. This tang is more defined from the blade as well.

    Anybody have an info?
