Default A cat came in the mail yesterday

Once in a blue moon you get very, very lucky!
This Puma 18 came in the mail yesterday as a result of a winning bid on the bay.
Needless to say I was pretty shocked.
The razor appears to be brand new. If it was ever shaved with, the person probably didn't like the results with the factory bevel. My guess is that it was then put away for a very long time. There isn't even a spot of funk in the pivot end or a blemish on the blade. There's absolutely no honeware on the spine and the scales are perfect. It's a big un' measuring in at 15/16.
After a proper honing to a mirror polish, today's shave was nothing short of outstanding and super comfortable.
What I'm not sure of is how old this might be. I tried looking it up but haven't found any definitive results yet. I'd sure love to hear from anyone that knows anything about it.
    So here it is:

Congrats on the win. They don't come up too often especially in that condition. You are right, there is not a lot of info on that model Puma out there.

I was watching that one, and really wanted it. But I just bought a bruno wootz razor ($650) so I'm tied up financially for a while! Nice score and glad it made it to a good home!

Great razor and a great deal, followed by a great shave. What more could one ask for?

Glad it went to a member here. My bid didn't go through because of a dodgy internet connection where I was working.
You were meant to get it, will be a fine razor.
