Thread: 7/8 Savage & Sons Double Thumb Notch

This came in a couple of days ago. I always wanted one of this maker's blades. It actually turned up in better shape than I had anticipated form pics as what appeared to be crumbled edge was just petrified muck that flaked off easily. A real shame about the front scale. Was also a bit taller than I had anticipated given the double notch. The ones I have owned have all been a bit smaller. I haven't loved this style of tang in action, but this one has a lot more meat so it may be better.
