Nice one - I picked one up very similar this past weekend but Geneva Cutlery Company - they used Genco later in their history I believe. The one I have doesn't fit in the scales so I'm guessing someone just repinned it in some scale to sell it.
Nice find.

Or the scales shrunk. It happens.
I didn't know that. I'm looking for some new scales. I've made several scales out of nicely burled piece of maple I bought a few years ago and I still have enough pinning material for Maggards Razors that I picked up about a year ago. Maybe I'll just fashion up a set out of that and finish it off with some tung oil.

Geneva steel is wonderful. Very hard and can be pushed to extreme levels. Might be the best bang for the buck out of any vintage maker. Them or imperial cutlery imo
