Thread: Wissdom

So I had no Wiss razor and had been looking for a nice example.
Since I have been anti-purchase as of late, I saw this on the fleabay and let it sit for a few days.
It had a few bids. Typical thing, guys outbidding each other a buck at a time.
Seller said it is unused, I definitely think so after having it in-hand.
So....I looked again and there was a BIN of 35 bucks and with shipping was under 38....Hmmmm..

I let it sit another day. Somebody cancelled a bid, etc and so forth.
Damn the expense! I hit the button! I'll show those cheapskates!

Glad I did. Sweet example of a Wiss with 'Wissdom' on the front tang. Seems to be a 'Barber's Ideal', over 13/16 and fairly perfect. A few little spots, bakelite and pins have turned brown. Going to spend a few hours on it by hand.
