Thread: Schumate Pacific

Another local pick up and came in the vintage tooth brush holder in the foreground. Disinfected it, quick polish with Peek/0000 steel wool for the blade and plastic headlight cover polish for the scales and then to the hones. Gave it a stropping and did a 4 pass test shave. Smooth and comfortable shave so good to go. Another arrow in my over stuffed quiver. Still has some rust spots that I may get at later now that I know she shave. Beats an afternoon in the pub and cheaper too, at least that is what I tell the boss. Funny, haven't had a Shumate yet the would not shave well.
