Picked up these two oldies at a flea today. One is missing a bit or two, but then again, the attached honing guide was a plus. Gotta love those star studded handles. The Heldtite brush was kinda cute too. Last month, I could have scored the blades for these also, but that fellow wasn't around today....drat!

I like the little stars all over the handles, those look cool. Are those the kind that took the wedge shaped blades?
Yes, if you look at the honing attachment, it takes a pretty fat blade to fill that slit, and the blade mounts also have a fat taper. Wish I had picked up those blades last month!Quote:
