Frederick Reynolds Celebrated hollow ground FBU
Pretty excited about my wild caught FBU I got today! I'ts a big 'un at 9/8s at the widest point! Should clean up with just a little effort. Do you think it had more of a smile originally? Seems to match the spine curve pretty close though. The box says Gell street which would mean it was made by his son (if it's the original box) but still before 1891 as the stamp has no country of origin.
What year did they start doing hollow grinds?
