Default Anyone build their own display case?

Already I can see the need for my own display case. I'll need to get a router though if I want to build something nice....I'm thinking about a glass-door cabinet, mounted to the bathroom wall, with at least three shelves.

Has anyone built their own case? Will you share pics?

Though it's a big thread, there is one called "show us your shave den" that will have some ideas in it.

My straight razor "shave den" is just a wooden cigar box that I lined with a piece of black felt.

Ive made a couple displays. Its not too hard to do. But i will saythat it would be better if you dont hang it in the bathroom. Too much moisture going on in that room, and it could cause you rust issues. Name: 20171029_182751.jpg

Mine are in a humidor (not seasoned) with a felt pen tray inside. Underneath the tray, I have two large “rechargeable” desiccants to keep the humidity low. The gauge in the humidor reads between 50-60 most of the time. After I shave, I dry the razor thoroughly, apply a few drops of razor oil and put back in the case. Never had a problem.
