Thank you guys so much!!!! Now I just have to sort through the threads on preshave, post shave, and shaving soaps etc to see which ones I’ll end up getting. If you guys have any recommendations that are listed elsewhere please don’t hesitate to drop a link for me.
Thanks again,

Very cool. I can't help with the products. But good luck with what I assume will be your first time.

Won’t be my first time but will likely be my first time the right way lol

Ha, I figured since you don't have the soap. If it were me, I'd be lathering up with dish soap if I got my razors first. But I'm pretty dumb.

There are a lot of very inexpensive but high performing soaps out there.Musgo Real, Tabac, Spiek, Volobra are a few. I shop mainly at Fendrihan and Italian Barber, both offer shipping deals to the US.
With two razors and a strop you are set once you haves soaps and a brush.

For a decent, not top of the line, but good quality soap I'd recommend sterling soap company. Plus they have more scents than most places.
If you want closer to the top then check out Chiseled Face or Declaration Grooming. But there are so many good ones that don't cost an arm and a leg.

Just keep in mind that even with the best/most expensive soap and brush, if you don't know how to create a good lather you have wasted your money.
