    Default King Edward Razor

So, the other day PaulFLAUS sent me this King Edward blade. When I first looked at it, I thought it was toast. It was in pretty bad shape but I thought I could save it. So here it is. It's still pitted and worn, but the steel from heel to toe was good. I cleaned it the best that I could, put the best edge that it would allow and dropped it in some bamboo scales. We'll see how it shaves on Sunday.

Thank You Paul! That was indeed a real challenge!

I've found in life that ugly girls give the best lovin. I hope the steel in this blade proves be superior. It sure took an edge well. We shall see today!

So I shaved with this razor this evening. It was good! Not great like some of my other razors but I have no complaints. I'll keep working with it to see how far I can push the envelope.
    Semper Fi !
