    Default Wacker 15/16 Limited Edition!

    Hi folks!

So after yet another bought of RAD on a slow Friday before Christmas, I pulled the trigger on this little beauty!

Its a Wacker Antik Spanish point, made from carbon steel in 15/16". It has a laser etched spine as well, with gold wash and is number 4 of a limited run of 16.

I got it from John Crowley at Shavingshop.com and the service was absolutley A1! Thanks John!

This thing shaves like a dream and gives a close and comfortable shave. Its actually the biggest razor I own, my next largest being a 6/8 and I really like the feel of this huge blade!

The pictures you see are not actually of my razor, as my camera was playing up and kept over or underexposing the shots. Darn thing! But this is exactly what mine looks like, so its all good..! Hehe! So these are the pictures from Shavingshop, which show this beautiful razor in all its glory!

If you dont own a Wacker already, I can heartily recommend them!

Not that I'm trying to enable anyone or anything....

    Default Wacker 15/16 . . .

    Hello, Stuart,

Those Wacker "Antik" Spanish points are lovely razors. I have the 6/8" version with the light bone scales and love it. You have made an excellent choice.

    Regards,

    Obie

It is a beauty and I don't have a Wacker ..... yet. I too love the point and the scales. It is on my list when the time is right. Enjoy it.

I do not have one as of yet(I do have a fr. pt) but I will one day. I have honed several of these beauties and they hone like nothing else, the only problem I have ever had with them is the test shave, for some reason it takes 2 or 3 shaves before I can send them home. Cant figure that out!

    Stubear,

That is one drop dead gorgeous str8 razor...

If it could cook, I'd marry it.

    Very nice, mate.

That's some amazing spinework on that sharpie. A beaut to the boot, in beast-size. =D

    Many happy shavings

Stubear: That is a beautiful Wacker, and they shave great too.
I have four Wackers right now and I love them.
