Grandmother-in-law estate finds
We've been working on cleaning out my wife's grandmother's house and happened to come across Mr. Lester J. Mehrman's barber bag. There are about 6 hand operated clippers in there, one electric clipper that doesn't work (I'm going to dive into it tomorrow), and four straight razors which you can see below. There is a Swaty barber's hone, a pair of Carl Monkhouse scissors, and some unidentified clear stone thing.
Some razor that is too rusty to read the name:

The strange clear thing. Anybody know what it is? It is really hard, I just drug my fingernail across it and it is still giving me goosebumps....

That's pretty much it, hopefully these will clean up really nice. I am really excited to try the Dubl Duck. I figure there has to be some reason they go for the prices they do on ebay.
