    Default Stropping Station

I have seen all kinds of very cool backstops for strop storage/use here. I realized I didn't have the woodworking skills required to make some of the ones I have seen here so this is what I came up with.
I went to Lowes and bought a door kick-plate and a pre-made shelf a little larger than the plate. I then fastened the buckle from those racing seat belts I had acquired to the front. Then I put the seat belt buckles on my strops and I can now store and quick change strops as needed without marking up the walls in the house.
