The Antique store investment dividend!
A while back I posted about buying a bunch of garbage shaving supplies from my local antique shop, to foster a good working relationship with the people there. Well, for the second time now, this good relationship has paid off. I SWORE I was done buying razors for a while, but when they called I had to go at least look. And after looking, I had no choice but to break my vows and buy!
Behold!
A Genco "Razors" 5/8 MasterBarber AND an American Knife Co 7/8
Sorry about the terrible photo. The American is actually near flawless with bright and shining faces.
If you are wondering why I had no choice to buy, its because the total sale came to 18 dollars. talk about a good deal!

I have a Genco head barber 6/8, it has been my darn near daily shaver for a while now.

Damn it! I told them to hold them for me! (Only kidding) Great find. I've been doing the same with my local antique shop. Little purchases here and there and willingness on their part to contact the seller as a go between on some items.
