    Talking Dorko...?

    Here's my show and tell: I don't know much about this blade other than the fact that it says Solingen, Germany and it's a Dorko. Can anyone tell me anything more about it? I picked it up for a reasonable price. It's a gorgeous blade, but the front scale is a little warped. (anyone know how to fix it?)

    Someone with more knowledge will jump on and give you more specifics. I can tell you that you got a beauty that would superb with a full restore but will be fine as is with honing. As for warped scales, yes, they can be repaired their are answers to be found in our library. Or you can have as much work as you may want done
    by one of our talented restorers. They are listed in the classifieds.

    I can't give you the history book answers on the brand that some here can, but Dorko's have a good reputation. Looks like it'll be a beauty of a shaver once honed up.
