$1.75 well spent
Went to a local thrift store today with no expectations of finding anything that would catch my eye. Instead, I walked away with an as new Schick Injector, a 6" x 2" "O-SO-EZE" barber hone and a couple of pocket stones. The whitish pocket stone is a soft Arkie and the grey one is a Carborundum 149(very fine). Paid $1 for the Injector and a quarter for each of the hones.

Did you at least remember to grab the robbery note back from her, before you left the thrift store.

Had my first shave with the Injector today. Took me a few minutes to remember how to load the blade, but once loaded, gave a wonderfully smooth shave.
BTW, the Carborundum pocket hone put a wicked edge on the main blade of my Swiss Army knife.
