Thread: Wheat Sheaf 13/16 Help

I received this razor from an ebay seller, and it is definately a keeper. I soaked the entire razor in neatsfoot oil for a couple of days, then sanded and polished the scales, inside and out. The razor was shave ready as advertised by the seller, and in fact has an incredible edge, and delivered a smooth shave this morning. Anyhow, I know very little about Sheaf Works Cutlery Company, other than they produced fine Sheffield blades, and they are somehow connected to the Wheatley Brothers. This one is a near wedge that is closer to 7/8 than 13/16. Can anybody tell me something about the history or this razor and/or maker? Thank you.
