    I have no idea if that price is good or bad, but that looks like a really nice set. It looks like someone put some time into making it.

    Did you handle it? I think I would have needed to see that set from every angle

    The set was in a locked cabinet, but looked much better in person.
    I know better than to handle something I don't have the cash to purchase.

    I don't know if the price is reasonable or not, but it was a remarkable set, assuming the story card is true.

    That is gorgeous!! The scales are ivory with tortoise spacers, and it looks like Joseph Rodgers. A stunning set, I might very well have dropped 1k on it if I were there and he could go down.

    Ivory? That just makes me want it more.

    I doubt it's going to sell any time soon. Maybe I can save up for it.

    Forget ivory, that's ivory AND tortoise! Those multi-material panel scales are pretty scarce.

    It is a beautiful set ..... assuming the blades are in great shape ..... but personally I'd rather have the $1,200.00 than two more razors.
