I've removed a few posts that directly addressed members with opinions on their motives, and/or their viewpoints.

If you have something to say on a topic that is fine. If your post is directed at or to another member personally, that isn't fine.

Please keep it civil and avoid anything that could be taken as a personal insult, attack , what have you.

I wholeheartedly agree. If one feels that any post to be inappropriate, insulting, or a personal attack, by all means report it. I must add though, they may not always agree with you.
