Bad pop ups
Mods,
Do we have lots of new advertisers? The pop ups say that I've won wonderful things and I should by some cell phones. All I have to do is click away. I'm not sure I like this so much. Hopefully this is a nasty glitch of some sort which can be easily corrected. For now I'm outa here.

I have to admit that I use adblock on my stationary. But on my notebook, or netbook if you will, I have yet to get a pop-up advertisment.

Im using Safari with Pop-ups turned off and i have not gotten any pop-ups here ever

Bruce,
Are you sure you have not inadvertently been infected with spyware from another site? Are you only getting pop ups from SRP, or is it from any site you visit?
Also, what web browser do you use?
I find Spybot-Search and Destroy an excellent free bit of software for protecting against spyware, adware, and malware. It works in conjunction with most AV programmes and mostly keeps out of the way, although it now has some sort of real time protection (but that is easy to turn off). I'd highly recommend it to anyone who uses Windows and the internet.

There are NO pop ups coming from SRP. You've got nasty stuff on your computer..
