Before and after, a little SRP Wiki history

I hope this message finds you alive and well.

As I am going on a short holiday with the best wife this side of the universe, I thought I'd share a sentimental thought with you, as outlined in the images below. It's been almost six months since Byron and Dave set up the Wiki for us.

Shortly afterwards, the Straight Razor Place Forums - The SRP Documentation Team (aka The Wiki Crew) was founded, and things have gone North ever since. For those of you not following the Wiki progress closely, here are some highlights:

• Amended the already excellent "What every beginner should know" sticky and turned it into Beginner's guide to straight razor shaving - Straight Razor Place Wiki.
• Copied over, sanitised, and amended most relevant posts from the old and new forums.
• Turned the old chat system into an additional resource by switching to the freenode IRC server; we currently have a minimum of 10 users in there; also wrote a help text to make using the chat easy: Using the SRP Chat - Straight Razor Place Wiki.
• Last, but not least, created the SRP Straight Razor Data Base (SRDB). You guys cannot thank Ben enough for this.

Now then. We still have a number of things to do. If you like using the Wiki, we cordially invite you to help us grow it. After all, it is a Wiki, and as such it will never be finished.
