Default Free Web Bling. Doing Free Avatars and Signatures for a While...

Hey there guys. I'm one of the few people who loves fiddling with avatars and signatures. As you can see, I am sporting a new avatar of my own and am going to be working up some 80x80 avatars and signatures for you all so we can dress this place up a bit. They may not be much but they at least they should look cool.

First it starts with a google image search for reference material.

    Then I touch it up.

And then I resize it and post with it. Quaint eh?

So if you would like a classy signature or avatar, go ahead and post in this thread 3 things. A: What you would like, B: Why you choose this avatar/signature, and C: What you like best about SRP. Some more ground rules: I will not make an avatar or sig for someone who has a very low post count. If you just have 1 or two posts spanning 5 months, sorry, I might get to doing other requests ahead of you. Next, I want you ALL to rehost these sigs and avs as soon as they are posted so that they are not eating up my bandwidth. I will PM you your sig and av when they are ready. I also reserve the right to not do some so no promises. Sorry. :P

Avatars will be made in 80x80 pixel form. Signatures will be made in a 500x80 pixel form and all images will be compressed nicely so that they don't have horrid artifacting nor will they be 1 megabyte huge.

    Let the begging begin!

Here's one I just finished. I'm modestly happy with the results. This signature took a lot of tinkering with but it looks nice and it was fun digging up source material. What are your guys' thoughts on this?
