Thread: Problems with the thanks-button

Most of the times when I push the thanks button, the button just disappears but the poster is not credited. Otherwise the whole board functions fine. I'm using firefox 3.6

Does anyone else have the same or has somebody fixed similar problem?

If you are trying to thank a post in a thread which you accessed via the "new posts" link, then the thanks button will only work using the method OLD_SCHOOL described above.

If you access threads using any other search, or by browsing the forums page, or your subscribed threads, etc, then the thanks button should work as intended

Although Firefox is a good browser, this might have something to do with it.
I've had that same problem when using Firefox. Doesn't happen when using Safari.

Thanks guys. I use the new posts almost exclusively, so that's the reason. The old threads were a bit hard to find, since thanks is so common word in this gentle(wo)manly nook of ours =)
