I cannot, for the life of me, get my ad to post!

I keep getting this:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 17208 bytes) in /home/straight/public_html/classifieds/image-inc.php on line 127
I tried selecting fewer pictures, smaller pictures, etc.. Ending with one picture that is 400kb. I get the same error. I tried shortening the description. What's happening?
