Thanked: 1263Is it just me?
Is it just me or are there problems with the forum lately? Everytime I bring up the forum I get this "Invalid Forum specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator" so I have to click on the site logo to bring me to the main page. And tonight I tried to post a pic and it won't upload..never had any problems before

If I remember correctly, they switched servers or server providers a week or two ago; may still be getting the bugs and kinks out?
Mastering implies there is nothing more for you to learn of something... I prefer proficient enough to not totally screw it up.

I've had the same problem and contacted the administrator. I'm not computer savy but I was told that for some reason the link that I'd used forever was:
straightrazorplace.com/content
I was advised to replace it with:
straightrazorplace.com
He's working on fixing it all! Have patience and be grateful for the volunteer help that keeps this site running!
I for one am Very Grateful!

From Gugi a few days ago:
"I know a bunch of things aren't working, the goal is to get them back on, although we may end up giving up few as they look like way past the end of the road and we'd be better off concentrating on what would be a real improvements to the site.
Over the next few days the site may get temporarily broken every now and then as we work on it, but starting a new clean session or just waiting a bit should be good. The alternative is taking it off completely and I don't think it's worth while doing that as we have a lot of traffic and it can still remain largely useable.
Sorry in advance for the inconvenience, but we just have to do what we have got to do"
Glad to know they're on the case to keep SRP up and running.Last edited by ReardenSteel; 10-25-2012 at 04:08 AM.

One of the devs suggested I clear my cache/history when I was having similar problems after the last crash. I did and everything began working again. You'll have to log on again but it is worth the hassle ..... at least it was for me. YMMV.
