Default Just Ordered My First Mama Bear Soap

I ordered a few different kinds to try. Who has experience with Sue's soaps, and what did you think?

    Joe,

Sue's soaps are great. I have Vetiver, Patchouli, and numerous others. They have a short life since they are glycerin based, but I enjoy them. I'm currently testing a couple of soaps, which I have been using exclusively for over two weeks, and enjoying each shave with them. I have to admit, I still prefer Colleen's soaps, but this are a good product, and I will order more. My favorite is the Rosemary Mint!

I like them very much. I have the Bay rum and citrus EO soap and the Cedarwood and lemon EO soap. I love the EO soaps. The FO soaps don't agree with me though.

Her soaps have alot of scent to them -- a plus -- and some are complex with the number of EOs/FOs in them. I've had a couple that didn't agree with me (burning senation), but most are fine. For me, they are close to QED's soaps in performance/quality.

Good stuff. The difficulty with her soaps is picking which of the ten million scents to buy.

True. lol I like simple, earthier scents (cedar, moss, etc.) so I went with a couple like that.

    I have the:

    Hydrogen
    Patchouli
    Dragons Blood
    Spellbound Woods

To me they are all Great scents, I however wish they were the Older formulas which I understand had a stronger fragrance. Out of the ones I have the Patchouli has the strongest fragrance with a peppery undertone to it. Spellbound woods and Dragons Blood smell somewhat similar with a, to me, Grapefruit undertone. The Hydrogen is harder to describe fragrance, but has an excellent clean fruity smell to me.

My nose may be different from yours though, YMMV

    Great soaps

I use Sue's soaps more than any other, probably as much as all my other soaps and creams combined.

Masculine Musk - my regular everyday soap
Sandalwood Vanilla - fantastic scent, not too sweet
Bay w/Tangerine (now called Marauder Citrus?)
Patchouli & Lavender - haven't used it yet
Rosemary Mint - haven't used it yet, strong mint eye opener

She has several others I want to try as well. I generally order half a dozen or so at a time to minimize shipping costs.

My guess is that you'll be ordering more too.

I also ordered some of her soaps recently and I am looking forward to trying them out.
I ordered vanilla cream, sandalwood, and the english leather. I also ordered a sampler from Colleen so I have a lot of soaps to try out.
