Hello, first post here at SRP, thanks for having me.
I was recently on the hunt for some Truefitt & Hill Shaving Cream, a great men's grooming store called Momentum closed unexpectedly earlier this year and I was left without a place to purchase this fantastic product. Thankfully I found a place downtown that carries Truefitt & Hill products, not the whole range mind you but they had a selection of various creams and after shaves that I could use with pride.
While trying to decide on which bowl of shaving cream to purchase I was discussing with the owner how difficult it was finding Truefitt & Hill and that it is widely unavailable in large cities that I have visited in North America and Europe. The owner began to tell me that Truefitt & Hill has been sold to a mens grooming outfit which sells franchise locations throughout the US and they do not have any solid plans for the product line as of yet. Sounds a little goofy in hindsight but panic set in. In anticipation and fear of not being able to source out any more of the only shaving cream that I have used I bought 1 bowl each of Almond, 1805 and Trafalgar shaving creams. I must have made the owner very happy which is fine by me, just wondering if there is any scuttlebut regarding Truefitt & Hill.
Thanks,
Robert
