I recently got hold of the fougere, having previously had the original. Love it to bits. Doubt I'll use another soap bar Palmolive stick for when travelling. This is my holy grail. Just took ages to find it!
Just ordered my first jar from Jason. now i cant wait to try this GEM..
:soapbox:
Well... After spending a week at customs, the package finally arrived minutes ago, but these thieves are charging me another 22$, half of which is handling fees by the customs guys for charging me the first half in taxes. This brings the total to about 103 CAD total... :dropjaw: With this said, I'm sure the soap will be worth it. The worst part, what really makes me angry, is that I usually don't shave on Monday night because I come home too late... Yeah I know: :boohoo:
For only a 10$ difference I didn't care and ordered right away; but now, maybe I should have waited for my trip to France this summer... Meh, I'll just get more then!
Cheers.
I guess you don't know that the Canadian dollar is not at par with the US greenback so that means there is an automatic extra 10%, give or take, on the US price even if you brought it in from the US. Then there is whatever fees the Customs people may or may not charge you plus the handling fee charged by whatever the postal service or courier was used. If you brought it in from France directly it could be even more expensive.
