After having tried Mama Bear's "Roses" and ARKO in stick form, I've fallen in love with the stick. So, I bought Mama Bear's empty containers and filled them with my other soaps.

The glycerin pucks I melted lightly, for a very short time, in a Pyrex cup using the microwave's Defrost setting: you have to keep the temp well above 160 F or may melt the container when pouring (and possibly de-scent the soap). Pictured here with "Roses" are MB's "Honeysuckle" and "Sandalwood Vanilla."

The tallow pucks (like the Sterling sample "Grapefruit" pictured here) I grated and pressed into the container. You have to press it well into the bottom for the twisty-works to get a good grip.

The ARKO was a bit of a challenge. I ran a skewer through the stick for the container's works to run through. I then grated part of the stick and pressed it into the container's cup. Finally, I pressed the rest of the stick against the filled cup, first wetting and cross-hatching the connecting ends (as you do when working with clay). Fits well and works great.

Everything in sticks!
