Obies book of shaving has lightened my wallet. But in turn given me some very pleasurable shaves.
Thank you sir, you are a great friend.
Dave, my friend,
Thank you. You are a gentleman and a man of good taste.
Obie
Ah, I get it now so it's a Diarchy Obie.
Supreme hair removal power has to come from a mandate from the masses. Not some farscicle lathering ceremony. :)

Yikes...my vanity has gotten me again. My decision not to get bifocals has made me look illiterate for the last time. Should have caught the error before posting.
Eye doctor appointment set up. Old man glasses coming soon.
Gentlemen,
Yesterday I had to be in Chicago at the crack of dawn for a writing assignment and opted not to shave. That's rare for me, because I shave seven days a week. All day I kept feeling my scrubby beard and growling to myself.
Since I work from home and set my own hours, my daily shaves follow the complete ritual, including the hot towel. This morning I made up for yesterday with a shave fit for Louis XIV, the Sun King.
My brush was the Simpson Chubby 2 super; the soap was PannaCrema Nuavia Blu. I don't use this soap all that much, but have grown more fond of it with each use. Nuavia Blu is pricey, but I'm glad I have it, although in all likelihood I will not re-order it when it runs out.
Good stuff, all this, and there is so much of it out there worth trying.
